This dataset represents the business/employer portion of a study which was designed to provide SANDAG with a statistically reliable understanding of how the pandemic has altered remote work policies and practices in the San Diego region, the perceived impacts of remote work from businesses’ and employees’ perspectives, as well as their expectations regarding remote work arrangements in the near future.
