*Notes: 90A, 90E, and 90H were deprecated by the FBI a few years ago, and should not be reported any longer. 90A (Bad Checks) should normally now be reported under 90Z. (e.g. 476A PC) 90E (Drunkenness) should normally now be reported under 90C (Disorderly Conduct). (e.g., 647(F) PC) 90H (Peeping Tom) should normally now be under 90C (647(J) PC) or 90Z (or even 90J (634 PC), depending on circumstances).
